Does everything you would want it to do and so much more. Support is outstanding. I reported a problem recently and the development team had it fixed and a new version available for download within the hour. Amazing.

I’m quite impressed with the friendly customer service. The drag and drop feature makes it easy to focus on integrating elements to the online shop. I was also happy to find it works with WordPress seamlessly but also SiteOrigin (which I previously used for layouts/templates). SiteOrigin actually integrates WS Forms seamlessly. So I haven’t had to compromise one for the other. Highly recommended!

I HIGHLY recommend the WSForm to anyone looking to build forms. The WSForm far exceeded all my expectations in a word press plugin. Other forms I used in the past lacked functionality and were not flexible solving complex work flows and calculations. Then I found WSForm. During the free trial I became immediately impressed in how easy the WSForm was to use and how many additional rich and detailed features it has. This was the first time I had become excited when building a form. As a business owner (not a developer or web designer), I was able to build a form with 90% of our “wish list” functionality within 15 minutes. In addition, the WS support team has been fantastic. Mark and John are always very helpful and super quick in replying to requests. Overall, I have had a great experience using the WSForm and would not go back to using any other form! I highly recommend it! Steve T

Wow! Where to start? Not only have I enjoyed learning and been amazed by the ever-growing amount of features this plugin offers, but the support that has come along with it is off the charts! EVERY SINGLE TIME I have sent a request for help, it arrived either within minutes or at the latest by the next morning (probably only because of the Asian time difference). Not only are they always up to the challenge of helping me implement some sort of functionality into my forms, but they often go above and beyond and provide me with a working example that I can copy. And if it was something that just wasn't easily achieved out-of the-box at the time, I end up seeing it the next day as an added feature to the plugin for everyone to benefit from! I can't say enough good things about WS Form.

I have contacted a number of plugin developer over the last 10 years for support reasons and I have to say these guys are the best ones I have ever dealt with! Not only have they been extremely helpful and responded quickly to my questions (and there have been a few as they have a great product and a lot to learn!), they have been very patient, have a great and friendly personality via email and have gone beyond the call of duty on a couple of occasions - all in the interest of being able to provide me with as much assistance as possible. Highly recommend their products and the team 🙂 Keep up the good work guys!

We have used another very well known form plugin for years and I don't recall there ever being a project that we didn't have to tweak things or add something to get it just right. On one of my projects nothing would resolve an issue where file uploads just wouldn't work anymore. Additional addons and plugins and coding and even making the site insecure with a ling in wp-config to test it just wouldn't work. I had been looking at WSFORM for awhile and decided to give it a go. I wasn't even aware of the import/migration feature of other plugins forms. So painless. I downloaded, installed, imported and replaced the other plugins forms and had everything functioning and again secure in about 10 minutes! My second experience was an outside the box idea to use WSFORM to create 3 specialized calculators for a client. I needed a little help as I was still new to WSFORM and sent a support request late at night. I was surprised to receive a response in just a few minutes. The response wasn't just a full explanation on how to do what I was attempting, but included a sample attachment for me to import and use. Another easy successful project for another client. Since this time we have been updating our clients sites to the new form system and have only received positive feedback. I can't express enough how amazing WSFORM is. We were so impressed we asked Mark of WSFORM to be on a special episode of one of our PODCASTS rightfully titled, "Problem Solvers 006 – WSForm Solves Your Website Form Woes".
