Description
Quick Shipping Note adds a shipping-note box to WooCommerce order screens. Store staff can select a courier, enter an AWB/tracking number, review the tracking URL, and create a WooCommerce customer order note. WooCommerce then handles the customer-note email according to the store configuration.
The plugin is fully functional without a license key, account, subscription, trial, quota, activation, or paid unlock. There are no Pro-only features in the WordPress.org version.
Features
- Works with WooCommerce orders and HPOS order screens.
- Supports multiple courier tracking portals.
- Local AWB format detection and courier suggestions.
- Manual courier selection and tracking URL editing.
- Creates WooCommerce customer order notes.
- Prevents accidental duplicate sends for the same AWB.
- Stores shipping-note metadata on the WooCommerce order.
- Includes resend support for a previously created shipping notification.
External services
This plugin does not send order information, license information, tracking numbers, or other site data to a Vexplug/Vexplug server. It does not use a remote license server or remote activation service.
The plugin contains links to external courier tracking websites. These are ordinary tracking links placed in the WooCommerce customer note. The plugin does not call these courier websites from the WordPress server. When a customer or store user clicks a tracking link, their browser opens the selected courier’s website. The courier may receive information available in the tracking URL, such as the tracking/AWB number, and may collect information according to its own policies.
The following courier tracking websites may be used depending on the courier selected by the store user:
